Startup Items
The Startup Items window shows all startup programs in a view, you can edit each program's properties for maximum performance.

The context menu
This interface lists all programs run at startup, right click on any of them and you will see below context menu:

Enable: Checking this 2-state menu item will enable the program to run at startup, otherwise it will be ignored.
Delete: This command will permanently remove the program from startup queue, it can't be recovered.
Run this program: Clicking on this command will run the selected program.
Properties: Shows the program's properties (Windows standard dialog).
Adjust the execution order
You can adjust the execution order of each program by clicking on the Up/Down button, they are on the right side of the window. Startup Faster! 2004 loads these programs from top to bottom. You may hope to put some small programs on top to gain better performance.
Set delay time
You can click on any row of the "Delay time" column to edit the delay time for the selected program, which means it will delay specified seconds before executing next program, this value is the key to maximum performance. You may adjust it based on your system.
